How do I download my certificate?

Some, but not all, courses offer a certificate after a quiz has been successfully completed.
Step 1: Go to Certificates
When you have successfully completed the quiz, click the Certificates tab at the top of the page (1) or the image on the homepage (2). Depending on how your course is configured, you may see only the tab or image.
Step 2: Download the certificate
From the Certificates page, choose the certificate you want, and click Download Certificate. You can download the document in PDF format and either print it or save it to your computer.
If you did not successfully complete the quiz, you will not be able to download the certificate.
