Yes, you can see who has accessed the pages within Content Navigation by looking at Content Usage.

Click the Mange tab, go to the Content area and click Content Usage. This page gives you an overview of how often students have visited each page.

Click the title of any page to see student specific usage on that page. Click the name of any student to see what pages that student has visited.

Click the Student Specific Usage link at the top of the page (under the menu bar) to see what pages individual students have clicked.

Use the Reset link (also under the menu bar, next to Student Specific Usage) to empty the Content Usage data.
